Refund and exchange

Luz Negra is a small independently run business and most of the pieces are made to order or in small quantities.

That said, we don’t accept returns nor issue refunds. Think carefully about your purchase before placing your order.

Rings are custom made to fit your finger, make sure you choose the correct right size. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting any jewelry store that sells engagement rings, they will be able to accurately size your finger. If you choose an incorrect size, we offer resizing services.

Please know we are firm on our refund policy. Make an informed purchase by carefully reading through the policy section as well as by asking any questions you may have about an item before purchasing it via hola@luznegrajewelry.com

If your piece has been accidentally delivered in poor condition, another piece of the same product will be forwarded. Please, contact us and we will inform you how to do it.
